The Light Path Academy provides structured educational content and learning tools. Everything offered through the platform is provided for educational purposes. Using the academy does not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship of any kind.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for activity that takes place under your account. Accounts are personal to the student and are not intended to be shared.
If you believe someone else has accessed your account, let the academy know so the situation can be reviewed.
Intellectual property
Course narratives, lesson materials, learning frameworks, activities, assessments, program names and academy branding remain the property of the academy and its programs, including The Light Wealth Crypto Path™ and DLC Health Solutions. They are made available to enrolled students for personal educational use.
Your own writing — reflections, journal entries, activity responses and assessment answers — remains yours. The academy stores it so it can be returned to you as part of your learning record.
Use we ask you to avoid
Please do not:
- Republish, resell, or redistribute academy course content outside the platform.
- Attempt to access another student's account, records, or private work.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the platform.
- Use automated tools to extract course content in bulk.

Availability and changes
The academy is under active development. Courses, features and materials may be added, revised, or reorganised as programs mature. The academy aims to give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect enrolled students.
Limitation of liability
The academy provides its educational content in good faith and works to keep it accurate and current, but it is offered without warranty that it is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose or decision. To the extent permitted by law, the academy is not liable for decisions made, actions taken, or losses incurred on the basis of educational content. Decisions remain the student's own.
Acceptance
Creating an account and using the platform indicates acceptance of these terms together with the other policies published in the Academy Policy Center.
