The process

If something about your educational experience concerns you — course content, an assessment outcome, an AI interaction, conduct, accessibility, or the handling of your records — the academy wants to hear it.

  • Concern — Note what happened, when, and what outcome you are seeking.
  • Contact the academy — Raise it through the academy contact channel, including any relevant lesson or page.
  • Review — The academy acknowledges the concern and reviews it, requesting any further detail needed.
  • Response — The academy provides a written response explaining the outcome and any action taken.
  • Escalation — If the response does not resolve the matter, you may ask for it to be reviewed again at a senior level within the academy, with a further written response.

Scope

This is the academy's internal process. Because The Light Path Academy is an independent, non-accredited educational provider, there is no accreditation body or regulatory appeal route attached to this process. Nothing here limits any right you may otherwise hold under applicable law.

Good faith

Concerns raised in good faith will not affect your standing as a student.

Questions about this policy

Until a published contact address is configured, students may raise questions, accessibility difficulties, privacy requests and complaints through the channel they used to enrol.
